Dr. Elyse Thornhill - Veterinarian

Dr. Elyse Thornhill was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she graduated high school from St. Joseph's Academy.

She attended LSU and received her Bachelor in Animal Science while playing softball for the tigers. Between class and practices, she volunteered at the local animal shelter whenever possible. This time at the shelter solidified her calling to become a veterinarian, and she completed her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at LSU in 2023. Dr. Thornhill is blessed with an amazing mixed-breed dog named Millie. In her spare time, she enjoys being active outdoors with her dog, hunting, fishing, and watching sports.
